ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS We prefer Paypal as it gives you piece of mind, security & buyer protection.
Alternatively we will accept a cheque drawn on a sterling bank account (goods won't be released until the cheque has cleared) or a bank transfer - please use the contact us form to request bank account details. All charges must be accepted by the buyer
HANDLING & DISPATCH TIMES Any order placed will usually be dispatched within 48 hours.
We try very hard to make sure that we're not listing anything that we don't actually have in stock, so in almost all cases everything you can see is in stock. If for any reason we've made a mistake and we don't have something you've ordered we will let you know as soon as possible by email.
SHIPPING Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your Products are delivered within the set timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner.
Please note if you are outside the UK you may have to pay import taxes if you are outside of the European Union, check with your local authorities if you are unsure
RETURNS POLICY Please keep hold of your original order receipt!! If you are unsatisfied with an item you have received from us, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery
We do not accept returns of underwear, earrings, socks/tights/stockings or hair accessories unless deemed as faulty.
Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us you are returning the item - faulty items will of course receive a full refund, wrong size or change of mind can be exchanged for something else.
Original shipping costs cannot be reimbursed if returning or exchanging goods unless you are returning faulty goods.
Overseas customers - returning goods from outside the EU - It is most important that the packaging containing the returned items are marked clearly as RETURNED GOODS, Failure to do this may cause customs charges to be applied to the returned consignment.
In the case of an exchange please include details such as size and colour if required. Please note in the case of an exchange we will not send out the replacement until the original item has been received by ourselves.
When returning an item please ensure you have proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.
Please ensure delicate items are suitably protected as parcels can get bashed around en route and we ask that any items returned must be in its original condition with tags still attached. So please try on goods you have ordered before removing any labels/tags.
We will not accept a return if an item is soiled, damaged or has clearly been worn, this includes marks left by make up, deodorant and washing.
